Tim Bauer e-mailed another of his catches while kayak fishing off the west side of the Big Island of Hawaii. This is an average Mahi Mahi, but quite good on the grill or in fish tacos. Kayak fishing has taken off big time in the Islands. With the weather and water the way it is no wonder.
