Here's Kurt Klussmann (one of my past employees) with a nice Sitka king slamon which he caught while fishing with Capt. Eddy Sissom on the Storyteller. The fishing has been quite good up there for the past couple of weeks. It looks like the ADFW was correct with the abundance index and we should see a very good Chinook fishery this year. We have been hearing good reports from just about everyone in SE Alaska so far this season.
