Cascade River - Re-Opens Sunday January 10 th

The Cascade River will re-open to fishing from the mouth to the Rockport-Cascade road on Sunday January 10 th. As the WDFW has collected their allotment of winter steelhead broodstock the river will open earlier than February 1 as they had previously stated. There should be good numbers of steelhead caught on the opener, I would have to say that it would be a good idea to get there early and claim your rock. No doubt there will be good numbers of anglers with exactly the same thoughts.
