Kings - Upper Skagit & Cascade

We have had some fair reports of kings being caught in the Rockport to Marblemount section of the Skagit that is open for salmon fishing as well as the Cascade from the mouth up to the first bridge. The fish have been running from the low teens to the low twenties. This would be a good bet for the weekend, though on the Cascade you will not be by yourself.
