Columbia Shad Fishing

Though, overall good numbers of shad have been flooding into the Columbia the numbers going through the ladder have varied a tad bit from day to day. Wish I could say that the reports that we have been getting have been fantastic but the fishing has been a tad on the slower side the past few days. Many of those individuals that we spoke with this week got skunked and some had from a couple up to ten or so being about as good as it got! The water has been a little off color and the flow has been heavy! Hopefully, conditions will change and the shad fishing will turn on big time before the runs start to slow down.
