Jeff Witkowski and Anton Jones had Bobby Loomis (from Mac's Lures in Leavenworth) and his son Dustin out on the lake this AM and had another "Great" day of laker fishing on Chelan. The fish came on Mac's Cha Cha Squiders and Mini Cha Cha Squiders in Glo White. The fish all came in about 3 hours of fishing. After the lakers they tried for Kokanee but managed just 3 bites and just a single 10" fish landed for a couple of hours trying. They are waiting for the surface water to hit 50 degrees to wake up the kokanee bite, its is just 47 degrees at present.
They did mention that Palmer Lake (Loomis) has been very hot on the Kokanee, just in case you were wondering.
