Skagit Steelheading

Phil from Morgan's Bait mentioned that he has been hearing of some winter fish being landed on the Skagit as well as the Cascade over this past week. One of our customers was up to the Cascade yesterday and had the place fairly much to himself. Though he didn't have much in the way of any winter steelhead, he did manage to land a number of nice sized Dolly Varden.
