Don't forget the Lake Stevens Kokanee Derby this Saturday May 19th! Ticket sales have been quite brisk and there seems to be lots of derby interest this year. Tickets are $20.00 for those over 14 years of age and are free to those 14 or under. There are special prizes for the youngsters as well as a goodie bag of tackle for each of them. Weather looks to be quite good for the weekend - not too hot nor to cold! Perfect for a fishing day.
There will be some special entrants to the derby this year as we will be privileged to have some "Wounded Warriors" from joint base Lewis/McChord fishing with us. Make sure to tell them "Hi!" and give them a wave!
