Walleye Ice Fishing - Evergreen Reservoir

The ice is good and solid on this Eastern Washington reservoir just out of Quincy. We have been hearing of some fairly good ice fishing for walleye for the past few weeks. Most of the fish have been eating size in the 16 - 18 inch range with an occasional one pushing 8 pounds. Evergreen has a variety of fish in this multi species lake. Besides the walleye there are perch, bluegill, catfish, bass, trout and even a few tiger muskies. However, the walleye and the perch are the most desired species sought after.
