The fly fishing at Pass Lake has turned on quite nicely in the past week. The report that I received from yesterday was very good . With the warmer weather and the good reports brought out good number of anglers to the point that the parking lot was full and those who came late had to park on the highway. The fishing was basically a chironomid and strike indicator show. The rainbows were averaging around 13 inches with an odd fish to 19 inches. There were a few browns taken, but it was predominately a rainbow show.
Water temperature is warming up with an average temp of 44 degrees.
