Though all of our steelheading here in our neck of Puget Sound is winding to a close there are still a few fish around for those still will to put in a little time and effort. Here's a really nice wild steelhead that our good friend Frank Chang caught today in the Rockport / Cascade section of the Skagit while fishing with John Koenig of John's Guide Service (who by the way was the originator of John's Jigs). Very nice fish Frank! This section of the River will be open through the 15th of this month.
