Big Island Needlefish (Aha)

With the weather the way it has been lately and the prospects of rain/snow mix over the next few days, it would be nice to see some nice weather. Tim took a minute to tease me with this picture of nice blue & warm water from the Big Island and this am's catch of a really nice needlefish (Aha). These are a real unique species and lots of fun to catch. I remember catching them when I lived in the Philippines many years ago. Despite their strange appearance they were in fact not too bad to eat. They have a bluish green meat that turns white when cooked. Tim also took a couple of Mahi this morning.
