Cowlitz River - Steelhead Reports

Though I wouldn't say that things are "Hot" down on the Cowlitz at the present time, but at least there are a few more fish showing in the catches. Everyone has been awaiting the larger "B" run fish that typically show up in the later part of February and run into mid April. The water has cleared up some, with visibility running about 24 inches. The fish that we have been seeing have been nice and bright and have been in the ten pound and up range, with the largest pushing into the upper teens.
